HyFog™The HyFog™ system and the HyFog™ disinfectant have been developed in Finland. Together they are a powerful new automatic hygiene-concept to improve surface hygiene and disinfection in various industries. A very faint disinfection fog is produced in the HyFog™ system, which disinfects the treated surfaces immediately. Since the fog dries immediately on contact with surfaces, the handled items are directly dry and ready for use. What do the HyFog™ system and disenfectant do?The disinfectant is delivered onto surfaces by means of a special apparatus, as extremely small droplets. By this means we obtain a very faint fog, which covers the surfaces of the items lightly and allows them to be immediately dry and ready to use. The HyFog™ system and disinfectant kill effectively all types of bacteria, yeasts, fungi, algae, most common viruses including; hi-virus, bird-flu virus, influenza, hepatitis, etc. Making our everyday lives a little safer. The method and disinfectant do not harm materials, delicate surfaces and is very efficient in dirty surroundings. What type of disinfectant is in question?The disinfectant in question is odorless, colorless, non-toxic, non-abrasive, and non-corrosive, does not accumulate in the body and does not damage any water tolerant surfaces. The disinfectant has a long lasting effect on handled surfaces.
What applications does the HyFog™ system have?The HyFog™ system can be utilized in a variety of applications. The main application areas are in the food industry, where the HyFog™ system can be used to disinfect food packages (e.g. cardboard), transportation cages, plastic containers, etc. in order to lower bacteria level and increase product longevity and quality. Other application areas are found in airports, to prevent contaminants from spreading from one country to another; in supermarkets to disinfect shopping carts; in farms to disinfect equipment, etc. the number of uses for this automated system are numerous. HyFog™ easy installation and useThe system can be used either totally automatically, where sensors detect the items processed or by pressing the start-button. The disinfectant container is also easy to fill again or simply replace with a new one. Definitely no need for water outlets or drain connections at all! No risk of water damage, no slippery floors, no hassle. The Nimatek HyFogTM system is quite affordable and the disinfectant costs very little per handled item.
